Midwest pop/punk/ska-mericana. Meager Kings are known for a heightened experience and crowd interaction, Meager Kings have been touring the U.S. since their debut in 2019.

Chris of the Meager Kings spent the last 2 years doing tours and events with 311, G. Love, Less Than Jake, Arrested Development, Ballyhoo, Shwayze, Tropidelic, Bumpin Uglies, Kyle Smith, Kash'd Out. Chris will be back on the 2025 311 Cruise where he will be performing again for the fans on this year's boat, along side 311, Tropidelic, and Unity All Stars, and many more!

The Kings debut album "Apathy Nation" was indepentley released on Feb. 17, 2023 and now has over 500K streams/sales. It was produced by Howi Spangler (Ballyhoo!) and includes features from Jason DeVore (Authority Zero).

In April 2023 the Meager Kings began production of their second album, and is currently in the works with plans of the new album being released in 2025. Chris Carrisales and Meager Kings jumped into the Lab with producer and global artist Tye Zamora (Alien Ant Farm) and drummer and global artist Ryan Moran aka Rymo (Slightly Stoopid), co-writing and producing the album while working with previous member Russ Baum on co-writing. With rumors flying of production with members of Less Than Jake, The Vandals, G-Love, Bumpin Uglies and Many More, Meager Kings continues to work forward with Tour plans for 2025 as they plan on a national, and international tour run featuring the new releases from the sophomore album with a third album in production and along the way!
